Weld Data Policy
This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your personal information at Weld Ekonomisk Förening, including Weld's website (weld.se), Weld's booking system (book.weld.se), Weld Company blog (company.weld.se), Weld's newsletter as well as external and internal servers with limited access for Weld's administrative staff.
How will Weld use your information?
We need to know some things about you in order to provide information with newsletters and sometimes mail, manage your bookings of Weld's events, and to collect statistics in line with this overall policy. We will not collect more information than we need to provide our services to you or our need for statistics. We need to share our statistics with third parties but this is always made anonymous. No names, email addresses or contact details are shared with third parties.
How long will Weld have your information?
Information that we use for newsletters or marketing will be retained until the time point you choose to unsubscribe from it.
With whom does Weld share your information?
Your personal information may be handled by Weld's administrative staff in Sweden, no third party has access to your personal data as long as the law does not require us to share it. We have on-site routines to ensure that your personal information is handled securely and safely in accordance with applicable legislation. Where does Weld have your information?
Your information is stored in data centers within the European Union. For technical reasons, our subcontractors may need to move information to other countries outside the EU. If this happens, appropriate protection measures and standardized data protection measures approved by the EU Commission is used.
What rights do you have?
Right to information: You may request a copy of the personal information we have about you.
Right to rectification: We want to ensure that your information is updated and correct. You may request that your information be corrected or removed if you consider it incorrect.
Right to delete: You may request us to delete your personal information. We may not delete data that the law requires us to keep.
Data Portability: You may ask us to transfer your personal data from our IT environment to another, either another company or to you. This does not apply to information that the law requires us to keep
Returning consent: You can withdraw your consent to share your information or to receive marketing / mailing at any time. Either by unsubscribe from the newsletter or contact us by e-mail.
Complaint: You may file a complaint with the Data Inspectorate if you believe that we treat your personal data in violation of the Data Protection Ordinance.
