April 22-24. Weld Company + Rebecka Stillman at Dansmuseet

Weld Company visits Dansmuseet with Rebecka Stillmans latest choreography for Weld Company from 2014. In this work, Rebecka Stillman suggests experimenting with history, as a spring board towards unknown territory, in her collaboration with Weld Company. The core of the work is a wish for strict protocols to give a push towards new ways of relating. Methods are being built in order to look between and next to the well known instead of aiming directly at the very unknown. This makes everything as it used to and at the same time not at all. It also gives a new meaning to the very history one is relating to.

Performed by: Anna Westberg, Elias Girod (FI), Per Sacklén, Caroline Byström, Pavle Heidler (HR), Josefine Larson Olin and Rebecka Stillman
